We were formerly the Shrewsbury & District Radio Controlled Model Aeronautical Society, formed in 1964.
We use the excellent, all-weather, all-year-around, all-day-every-day, expansive (and abrasive and unforgiving if you normally fly off grass!) tarmac runway facilities offered by the full-size Shropshire Aero Club.
We are BMFA affiliated, so all BMFA members are welcome to visit and fly with us and enjoy our excellent facilities in rural North Shropshire.
